What makes us different from other executive search firms and executive search consultants and is that we care. We make no decision lightly. We scour the globe to bring leaders together to enact real change for the better.

Our specialised and highly skilled employment consultants are trained in the Hogan Assessment – a psychometric and behavioural test that thoroughly assess your candidates’ strengths and ultimately avoid costly mis-hires. The Hogan Assessment is based on the five-factor model of personality and uses socio-analytic theory. We capture key behavioural tendencies: adjustment, ambition, sociability, interpersonal sensitivity, prudence, inquisitiveness, and learning approach.

Each applicant is different. Each person has varied strengths and assets. By using the Hogan assessment, we can accurately identify who is the most beneficial to your business and steer you towards success in that remit.

Net Promotor Score Explained

  • Ask customers how likely they would be, on a scale of 0 to 10 where 10 is extremely likely, to recommend you to others.
  • Anyone who gives you a score of 9 or 10 is a ‘promoter’; 7 or 8 is a ‘passive’; 0 to 6 is a 'detractor'.
  • Calculate the percentage of customers that are promoters and detractors, then subtract the detractors from the promoters.
  • The result is your Net Promoter Score, and it could be anywhere from -100 to +100.
